Sponsoring a general meeting is a great way to promote your company/services to many respected case managers and social workers in the area. Sponsors are encouraged to set up a display table at the meeting they are sponsoring to distribute literature, make new contacts, generate leads and more. Sponsors are also given the opportunity to speak to the group about their company.
Only two representatives per sponsor please.
Sponsors may also donate a door prize if they like.
There can be up to two sponsors per general meeting. One sponsor is responsible for dinner and the other for dessert and refreshments. If preferred one company can sponsor both items.
An RSVP count will be given to sponsors the Friday prior to meetings.
Note regarding kitchen use:
There is usually a fee for kitchen use; if you want to use the facility kitchen you will need to pay the additional fee.
