Recently our sponsorship policy has changed according to bylaw rules.
There are up to 2 only sponsors per AACMA meeting: One sponsor is responsible for dinner and one sponsor is responsible for dessert and the refreshments. Or one company can sponsor them both. Please remember that although we do give an RSVP number some persons do not show up that have RSVPed. An RSVP count will be given to the sponsors the Friday prior to the meeting. In return the sponsor will receive one display table each and have the opportunity to showcase their business to many respected case managers and social workers in the area. We ask that during the CEU presentation that it remain as quiet as possible while taking down your equipment. ONLY 2 representatives per sponsor PLEASE any additional must pay dues/guest fees. NO KITCHEN USE: THERE IS USUALLY A FEE FOR KITCHEN USE> IF YOU WANT TO USE THE FACILITY KITCHEN< YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL FEE> THANK YOU. No nursing home food please.
